Laura has nearly 18 years of dedicated intellectual property experience. She counsels U.S. and international clients in all aspects of trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement, and focuses on creative solutions to help individuals and businesses protect their brands and works of art.

In addition to representing clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Laura coordinates the international prosecution and management of clients’ global trademark portfolios, working closely with foreign associates worldwide. She negotiates IP contracts in the U.S. and abroad, including coexistence and licensing agreements, and has assisted in several trademark litigation matters during her career.

Laura is also a wife and mom to three beautiful girls, two dogs, and two cats. She spends the majority of her free time watching her girls on the soccer field or playing instruments in their school bands, cheering her husband on at the hockey rink, and volunteering time toward her girls’ soccer teams and other activities.
