Scott Harper Appointed to INTA’s Brands and Innovation Committee

Harper & Bates is pleased to announce partner Scott Harper has been appointed to the International Trademark Association’s Brands and Innovation Committee. Harper’s two-year term begins January 1, 2020 and concludes on December 31, 2021.
